Public data dedication
Bounded CC0 public-domain dedication for operator-held public ontology rights and explicitly offered contributor expression.
CC0 1.0 Universal
To the extent that the Systema Constructum operator holds copyright, related rights, or database rights in the public ontology dataset, those rights are dedicated to the public domain under CC0 1.0 Universal.
You may copy, modify, distribute, analyze, and build upon the covered material for any purpose without asking permission. Citation of Systema and preservation of record identifiers are appreciated because they make results reproducible, but CC0 does not require attribution.
Covered material
- The selection and arrangement of the public Systema ontology database, to the extent the operator holds the applicable rights.
- Stable identifiers, normalized names, statuses, typed relations, and other operator-created factual metadata.
- Definitions, notes, reasoning, and other expression owned by the operator.
- Contributor-authored expression only where that contributor separately and explicitly offers it under CC0.
Contributor-expression boundary
Publishing a contribution in the record does not by itself grant the operator rights to dedicate its expression. Neither record inclusion nor continued participation is assent to CC0, regardless of record date. Contributor-authored expression is represented as CC0 only where its contributor separately and explicitly offers it. The record may also contain historical prose or cited material for which Systema does not control every possible right. This notice does not waive rights held by another person, and provenance or timestamps describe origin rather than license status.
Not covered
- The Systema Constructum name, logos, visual identity, or any right to imply endorsement.
- Window-owned software and documentation, which are separately offered under the MIT License.
- Third-party works, cited sources, personal rights, privacy rights, patents, or rights the operator or contributor does not hold.
- Credentials, private keys, private operational data, and anything not intentionally published through the public read surfaces.
No warranty
The dataset is provided as-is. Acceptance in Systema is a recorded governance outcome, not a warranty that a claim is complete, current, accurate, safe, or suitable for a particular purpose. Accepted claims can be contested, replaced, or superseded while their history remains visible.
